Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How disable Merge Records in applet Menu on application level in Siebel Public Sector

Hi all,

I found in this forum that Apply List in applet Menu can not greyout in application level, but of course it can be done on applet level.

So how is Merge Records in applet Menu, can it greyout at application level or have it done in every applet (applet level).

The function of Export, Print and Print Preview are greyout on application level, but this Merge records I can't find a way how to do it...

Any help is welcome!
