Depot Work Queue - real time information needed!
Hi gurus,
I am trying to find Depot's "Universal Work Queue" - a place where you can have visibility of all work and its status - similar to the Universal Work Queue for Service/Tasks.
I know that the Repair Manager backlog was built as an option, but the fact that is split by owner and we are using the owner to track who owns/performs the repairs, no ability to download, limited information in terms of time, etc, it has quite a limit range when compared to the UWQ...
How can/are you tracking Repair Orders?
