Can somebody elaborate this error WCS-55198?

I am getting below error while accessing my Webcenter Oracle Application Webpage(which simply contains a web center content presenter task flow). This error is coming repeatedly which is ultimately decreasing my Portal performance.

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: oracle/webcenter/content/integration/federated/NoSuchRepositoryConfigException
