MPS2 as "final" Patch Set for BRM 7.4

MPS2 has been set by Product management as the final Patch Set for BRM 7.4.

This means MPS2 will have an indefinite ‘Error Correction End Date’ and we will provide IPR's as required, on top of it.

There still is a possibility of releasing a "roll-up" patch (unpredictable, at present), if we get too many issues with dependencies.

The KM article for 7.4 PS announcement has been updated, with the above statement:
