Privilege or Role required to schedule report in OEM12c

Hi,

we are using OEM12c to monitor our Databases.

I have created one Administrator and assigned EM_USER & PUBLIC roles as well as "Add any Target privilege".

This Administrator can create BIP Reports but cant schedule them due to lack of privilege.

can anyone help, which privilege or role is required to schedule report?
