how can I create multi year purchase orders in oracle r12 when encumbrance is enabled

Hi,

What is the best practice that we can follow when we have to enter a contract in the system spanning across multiple years? Example, I have a contract worth 30000. In the charge account that I have used, the budgeting is done such that only 10000 is allocated for this year. 10000 will be allocated in the next year and the final installment of 10000 will be allocated in the last year. I have advisory control enabled in the system. How can I create this PO in the system??
