If you know the BPA number, how can you find associated RFQ,Quotation and Requisition ?

Say I created the Blanket Purchase Agreement in the below way. The document numbers are in brackets.

Requisition (12) > RFQ(22) > Quotation (32) > Blanket Purchase Agreement (42).

Now is there a way, I can trail backwards for audit purposes. That is if i know the BPA number 42, can find other associated documents like RFQ,Requisition and Quotation ?
