When running R744002 for more then 300 payments it doesn't create the file and ends with XML Wrapper

When running R744002 for more then 300 payments it doesn't create the file and ends with XML Wrapper Error 08. It is possible to solve it?

This is the work center error:

There is an error when the process tried to initialize XML Wrapper. 

The cause is: 08 

01 - Failed to load XMLCWrapper DLL. 

02 - Failed to get XML parser functions. 

03 - Failed to init XML parser. 

04 - 01 - Failed to unload XMLCWrapper DLL. 

05 - Failed to terminate XML parser. 

Can anyone help me?
