Hierarchical scenarios
Dear HFM community,
I've already added 4 new members to our scenario dimension:
- REP (under root)
- FCREP
- ACTREP
- SMCREP
This structure should cover a parallel reporting.
So we filled each of the 3 "base"scenarios with data and expected to get the aggregation automatically up to the REP scenario.
No success.
So I'd like to ask you about your ideas, thoughts and/or experiences with such constructions.
Isn't it possible?
Do we need rules like:
If HS.Scenario.Member="REP" Then
HS.Exp "A#ALL = S#FCREP + S#ACTREP + S#SMCREP"
End If
Wouldn't this rule end in a DB "disaster"?
