To which Essbase 11 version do you recommend to migrate from version 9.3.1 and why ?

I am going to do a upgrade of Essbase 9.3.1 on windows 2003

We have installed a new server with Windows 2008 and I would like to know which version of Essbase 11 I should install ?

What is the upgrade path ?

Is Essbase 9.3.1 still supported ? if yes until when ?

There are common issues during the migration to version 11 that I should take in consideration ?
