New oracle patches (named OJVM PSU, COMBO etc) in a DataGuard env;

The Readme of the new patches (named OJVM PSU, JDBCor COMBO) releade from OCT2014 states that the pacth is not "Standby Frist Installable" manner.....

I would like to know which is the correct sequence for OJVM PSU Jan 2015 in a environment like :

primary database

phys standby database
