NoInput attribute updates to Metadata

We are running HFM 11.1.2.1 on an OMCS hosted app, We are using the UD fields in dimensions to designate NoInput members. We are making frequent changes to the NoInput attribute. What methods are available to get this to update, or must we do an RFC for a System Restart each time?
