Need a way to mask SS # (National Identifer) in Oracle reports?
With all the issues of employee personal information and hacking, it is obvious that we need to mask any employee personal information when producing Oracle reports. Is there a way to create the masking of the Social Security Number from "all" Oracle seeded HR/Payroll/Benefits reports. We have access to do this for EIS Technology reporting tool, but need to do the same masking for Oracle reports, without having to do each individual report itself.
Any recommendations would be extremely helpful.
