Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What display edit code to use to display 4.23?

I'm writing a FRW and for one column, the value is 4.23. I want to display that amount just like that but right now it displays only 4.

On the Display tab, I already selected Display Decimals to 2 but it still displays only 4

What edit code should I use please?
