'Requester Comments' section in Credit memo workflow (Dispute WF) in Adv.Collections
Hi,
When we create a 'dispute' in Advance Collections, you have the option to enter 'Customer Comments' and 'Internal Comments' and save the dispute.
If you open the credit memo workflow approval notification generated you see a third field called 'Requester Comments' which is empty.
How do we populate these requester comments? ...means, Where do we enter the comments in the application so that they appear here in the notification?
