where do the js files retrieve when log into thick client to server

Hello,

I am new to Open UI.  When I log into thick OPEN UI client to server, where do the js files retrieving from?

From user's local machine  siebel8\ client\PUBLIC\enu\23030\SCRIPTS ?  Or from siebel web server machine?
