Report Issue - Service Tickets with and without related account
Hi Everyone,
I was actually building a report in CRM which aims to retrieve Service Tickets - with & without related account name.
However, using single criteria in active subject area, it only retrieves all service tickets with related account names.
I am not sure if that's how the OBIEE was designed for Service Tickets & Account relationship.
As a workaround, I tried to use the combine analysis in CRM to be able to retrieve the desired results however I found out inconsistencies on this approach:
1. If the report is composed of 2 columns (e.g. Ticket ID & Account Name) it retrieves service tickets with and without related account name.
