Depreciation Schedule based on predefined percentage or amount

We would like to depreciate the asset based percenatage or fixed amount for year wise from Inservice date and I tried depreciation schedule but didn't work as per expectation since that is going by calendar year. For example if asset is created with inservice date - 01May2014, I need to have depreciation from May2014 to April with fixed percentage or fixed amount (divide by 12 month period for per period depreciation).  Refer below scenario for that and please help us how this can be implemented in PeopleSoft Asset Management module.

Cost of asset = 100,000

Life of Asset = 60 periods (5 years)

Asset Inservice date = 01-May-2014
