Network encryption

Hi,

We are implementing network encryption implementation. In the server side, in sqlnet.ora encryption related parameter are created. Now the requirement is , we need to create seperate database in the same oracle home. But it should bypass the newtwork implementation. Eventually , logically, it should not use the sqlnet.ora encryption related parameter. Can it be done using the same oracle home? In any help on this will be much appreciated.
