Subledger Accounting Exception Report - Cost Management

We have an issue. There are 50 some events stuck in XLA_EVENTS table with status code as U - Unprocessed.  This is for DEC-2014 period.

What is strange is that DEC-2014 has been closed across all subledgers(inventory and CM included)  and in GL.

For these events there are no entries in XLA_AE_HEADERS and XLA_AE_LINES Table.

Not sure why we have these transactions stuck XLA_EVENTS .. and why it keeps showing on the report.

This is on r12.1.3

Any ideas what should we do with these transactions?
