Hi,

When we are applying Patch.16841180 we are getting error:

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

oke     forms/US        OKEKFDWB.fmx

An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms objects.

Continue as if it were successful [No]

The log file is showing :

File name : adwork001.log

ERROR generating form "forms/US/OKEKFDWB.fmx" from input file
/u01/oracle/DEV2/apps/apps_st/appl/au/12.0.0/forms/US/OKEKFDWB.fmb
