Error When Ship Confirm

Hi MOSC, i get the following error when trying to Ship Confirm the order.

Error: Delivery 201921 contains source line 371225 of source system OE that has unshipped lines with zero requested quantity. Please make sure that there are no unshipped source lines with a total requested quantity of zero.

When i checked the Lines there are two lines with the same items and the same Source Line ID. The difference is one line requested qty is 0 and the other isnt

Is there any solution about this issue?
