Installed Base Transaction errors

Hello,

I found following error in some instances about same sales order:

You have encountered an unexpected error in CSI_INV_TXNSTUB_PUB.EXECUTE_TRX_DPL, with error ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: NULL index table key value

ORA-06512: at "APPS.CSI_INV_TRXS_PKG", line 2581

ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small

ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_MSG_PUB", line 279

ORA-06512: at "APPS.CSI_TRANSACTIONS_PVT", line 1260

ORA-04061: existing state of  has been invalidated

ORA-04061: existing state of package "APPS.XX_FND_MSG" has been invalidated

any idea on how to fix it?
