OMS version 12.1.0.4
JRE: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_43-b01)
O/S: 2.6.32-200.13.1.el5uek
platform: ODA
Machine type: vm (oakcli vm start xxxx)
The issue is I get through all the screens to the actual creation of the profile.
On the second to last step I get the below:

I have checked the log files and there is nothing in them to lead me to beleive there were any configuration issues.
