Employee Self-Sevice, Enter Absence Gives ORA-1858 Error

Hello Support,

Employee Self_Service - Enter Absence Details

Entitlement Balances date is 03-FEB-2015

CBK_ANNUAL_LEAVE_ACCRUAL_PLAN 0

The Employee Form shows a balance of 20 days correctly.

On the self-service page, we see this error:

Error: ORA-1858: occurred at line 92 of formula BG_ABSENCE_DURATION

How can we correct this?
