R12 Menu Upgrade Issue

Hi

We are upgrading our EBS from 11.5.10.2 to R12.2.4.  Noticed that there are some customized Standard Menus (like Customers form) which were not upgraded to R12.

There are around 800 menus impacted.  We are aware that some Forms are changed to OAF pages.

i. Is there any list as to what are the Standard forms moved to OAF pages?

ii. How can we remove the unused Menu functions in R12 in bulk? (any patch or onetime fix etc.)
