Required Accounting Flexfield structure not defaulting when Defining new account code combinations

Hi,

I have created a new accounting key flexfield in The Vision Demo instance and when i try to create new account code combination, the flexfield structure  i defined is not the one that comes up. what are the required steps to check. Please advise on the various profile options that i need to check.
