Hi,
Recently we notice we are facing performance issue for CM node itself. because of scheduled request by end-dated user's went into pending/normal stage and our CM node is become totally
non-responcive.

We found followng patch for the fix.

16296551 : Doc ID : Scheduled Requests Running for END_DATED Users 100% CPU and Giving ORA-01002 (Doc ID 1080047.1)

This patch is copying/relink following files in our enviorment, I just want to bouble confirm, can I apply this patch our TEST enviorment while CM Services up and running on cm node?
