JS errors in siebel open UI 8.1.1.11 with IE 10

I am trying to get Siebel Open UI 8.1.1.11 23030 working outside the firewall. I have it working inside the firewall,

Outside the firewall I get a bunch of js errors. I have checked java related settings on the browsers etc.

Any ideas ?
