11i eBS-DbLinks: Concurrent request taking a lot of time

Hi!

  We are having an issue.

We have a concurrent request that imports some invoices from an Oracle Database of another software (MMS) (by DBLinks) to our Oracle eBusiness Suite AR.

The issue is that this Concurrent request is extremely slow. Reaches more than 6 hours in execution.

We try to make a Trace File of the execution of the concurrent request by setting the Trace option in the define form of the concurrent, but when you execute it is not generating any trace file.

Why could this happen?

Any ideas why the trace is not being genereated?

Any suggestions?
