I am looking for good documents and information to upgrade our systems.

I thought of using below document to upgrade EBS system. Please suggest with any other better options.

But I could not find any information so far still searching to upgrade Demantra from 7.3.X to 12.2.3.

I am looking for a very good document with more information like

As of now we are using Oracle Application Server as web server for our Demantra 7.3.X

How to upgrade Demantra and documents to follow to complete the upgrade successfully.

Do we need to install weblogic or websphere to upgrade to 12.2.3?
