Is there any Automated way to update the Default Expense Account/Location and Category when Posting

Is there any Automated way to update the Default Expense Account/Location and Category when Posting Mass Additions

We give the Asset Books and Clearing account in the AP invoice, but why system is expecting the same in the Post Mass addition process(Checked in Vision Instance)...

Please clarify
