install an Oracle BI Publisher

I just installed oracle bi publisher trial, on my PC, when clicking the button in to sing bi publisher, not the product can be found at the following URL http: // localhost: 7001 / xmlpserver /

Is there any service that must be enabled for it to work ??

This is the first time you install an Oracle BI tool.
