Render GetBlobURL and Webrootname

G'day,

I may be doing it wrong, I have a tag like this:

<render:getbloburl outstr="theURL" field="ImageFile" c="Media" cid='12345'  webrootname="foo"/>

and two WebRoots—'foo' and 'bar'.

I always get the URL from the 'bar' webroot, even if I specified a non-existent webroot.

There was a bug with gettemplateurl and getpageurl with the webroot tag attribute, but that got fixed in 11.1.1.8.0 patch 4. Is this a related bug?
