Data filtration issue in applications

Hi,

Filtration is not properly happening when we do it on form control ie "INMG" string.   I have a data like 9*, 9*_A, 9*_B, and 9*_AB when i am trying to filter on 9* system is filtering all records 9*, 9*_A, 9*_B, and 9*_AB but here expected result is only one record ie 9*.  Same is working in XE but not in E910, I thought because of web application. Is this is a bug in E910?. Can you please help me on this.

I have used equals and wild card on form control to filter.

JDE version is : E910

Tools release is: 9.1.3.3
