I/O scheduler for oracle rac on linux

HI Experts,

I'm linux admin, Found a oracle note Doc ID 1352304.1. What is the best I/O scheduler for ORACLE RAC running on Linux servers. how read and write happens in DB server? is more select and less update happens on DB? could you please explain bit more on I/O behavior if it DB server? what are tools available to find more read and write happened for a month  on DB.

Please point link or note ID where i can find more details about this to come to conclusion right now our server has CFQ as I/O scheduler.
