Are you fully leveraging Analyzer Scripts?  The SLA Analyzer script is designed to be run when there are  unprocessed / invalid SLA records existing in the application and the script can help you analyze the cause.  Maybe you have a few known issues related to processing that you'd like to solve more easily.
