Siebel Screen Tab missing

Hi,

We got a problem recently. The screen tab was missing. When i say missing means literally missing as screen which looks very strange. However, views can still be accessed from sitemap. I assume that instructs the IE setting is correct.

Windows: Win7 Professional

IE: 8.0.7601
