UBEPrint crashes after upgrading deployment server from 9.1.3.4 to 9.1.5.1

We upgraded our deployment server which is on Windows 2008 R2 SP1 Standard edition from Tools 9.1.3.4 to 9.1.5.1 After the upgrade when we even submit any UBE locally, the UBEPrint program crashes with an error message:

PDFLib Exception Occured in PDFDocGen_SetProperties: Function: PDF_set_info, Code: 1100, Message: Parameter 'key' is empty

This leads to the inability to apply any ESU as the conversion UBEs fail. Event viewer registers a message immediately and identifies UBEPrint program as the faulting application. Does anyone here ever had the same trouble?
