Open UI is very slow

Hi Team,

Recently we have upgraded to Windows server 2012(64 bit) as per testing while doing access to SIEBEL Open UI is very slow like for logging it is taking approximate 20 to 25 minutes.

Each view takes minimum 10 to 15 minutes.

I have captured and added the log tile to the same .Please could you suggest in case of any findings in the attached log....

Note : I unable to attache .log file due to this changed & added .doc file.
