Hi, I am looking for information on how rate scheduled orders use setup time in capacity planning.

From my own research and testing, setup time appears to be ignored when loading and scheduling  the production line. I can see it is used at the work center level for costing, but I want to be able to factor in the setup time for capacity planning the rate schedules.
