How to Trace why concurrent Requests are going in Warning

Hi All

We observed in our environment that some custom concurrent requests goes in Warning and other team says its is DBA issue (something with OPP, Concurrent managers etc).

We need help from you is that how we prove that it is not DBA related issue. There is nothing suspecious messages in OPP log, Manager log etc.

Most of time it was observed that some wrong parameter caused the issue , some large XML reports etc.

We have Oracle App ERP version 11.5.10.2 with 11g(11.2.0.4 DB) running on IBM AIX 6.1 TL 7.
