patch 18911810 (Oracle Procurement Recommended Patch Collection (July 2014) .In test instance we applied this patch and issue resolved. When we trying to apply this patch in Production Instance we are facing the below Issue.
Completed: file invtable.ldt on worker  7 for product inv username APPS.
ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:
FAILED: file icxblknt.wft on worker  1.


FAILED: file icxblknt.wft on worker  1 for product icx username APPS.
