Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Contact Center Form: Addresses issue.

Hi Jos/Team,

When trying to create SR thru contact center form, we are getting below error message (customer is from Finland country)

"Value XXXXX for the flexfield segment State does not exist in the value set HZ_US_STATES"

When checked for this profile "Service: Default Address Style" its value is set to "POSTAL_ADDR_US" at responsibility level.

Please let us know if this value needs to be removed and kept blank.
