Issue with multiple header and footer pages on multiple pages in RTF template

Hi,

I have a requirement related to Invoice copy..

1. The invoice should print 2 languages back to back (english followed by Spanish), when I try to add a page in the existing invoice template i'm not allowed to do so, hence I selected the option of "Different first page", however the limitation with it is that it only allows the first page to be different and remaining following pages are all same, we have line count restriction of 5 lines per page and in case a Invoice has 10 lines than the second page onwards prints in Spanish, however in this case the first 2 pages should be
