We are on R12 and successful Journal Import always shows journal batch under 'Warning Batch Name'

We are on R12. Whenever journal import is fired for any of the subledgers, the journals are imported successfully but in the journal import output, the batch name always appear under 'Warning Batch Name'. There are no errors though. Just curious what this warning is for.
