Can we have the acknowledgement from vendor once we send the PO to vendor via PO notification?

Dear all

Is it possible to get the acknowledgement from vendor once we send the PO via PO notification.

Any setup required in Workflow to get the notification of this acknowledgement.

We are not using iSP
