Can we get the PO attachment from PR

Hi

During PR creation some of the attachments are added.

While creating PO ,user want to retain those attachment and sent to the Vendor.

We are using r12 version

Also is it possible to selectively choose some of the PR attachment and send them to vendor together with the PO?
