Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Upserting a single IC in IO having multiple ICs

Hi all,

We have a requirement where we need to upsert a IO hierarchy using EAI Siebel Adaptor 'Upsert' method.

But the problem is that we need to update the Primary IC alone and not the other IC.

Is it possible to do that? or we need to create a new IO with one IC and do the upsert?

Kindly help us if anyone faced a similar requirement.
