R12.1.3 / fter applying 17855256 we have an invalid object PA_AGREEMENT_PUB.

After applying 17855256 we have an invalid object PA_AGREEMENT_PUB. I tried to compile it manually. And got the following error
SQL> alter package PA_AGREEMENT_PUB compile body;
Warning: Package Body altered with compilation errors.
SQL> sho err

6562/29 PLS-00302: component 'PA_SUMM_FUND_CHECK_GDF_VALID' must be declared
Prior to this patch I had applied the RPC2 and the latest Projects patches 19030202 and 17855246 and all the pre reqs and there were no invalids.
